Steve Smith is an award-winning drummer known for his work with the rock band Journey, as well as his long-running jazz fusion group Vital Information. Blending precision, musicality, and technical brilliance, Smith has been voted one of the greatest drummers of all time in the Modern Drummer Readers Poll and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His work spans jazz, rock and world music, making him one of the most versatile percussionists in modern music
