Nilüfer Yanya Autographed Print
Created to celebrate Nilüfer Yanya's 2026 appearance at the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust, this limited-edition gig poster brings together one of Britain's most distinctive contemporary songwriters with original artwork by Andy Vella.
The London-born singer, songwriter and guitarist has developed a sound that resists being pinned neatly to one genre, moving between alternative rock, indie, soul and more experimental territory. From her 2019 debut Miss Universe through PAINLESS and 2024's My Method Actor, Yanya has built a catalogue defined by inventive guitar playing, understated vocals and songwriting that rewards repeated listening. Her latest release is the Dancing Shoes EP.
Yanya joined Wolf Alice as special guest on 29 March, closing out the week of 2026 Teenage Cancer Trust shows curated by The Cure's Robert Smith. It placed two very different sides of contemporary British alternative music on the Royal Albert Hall stage for the final night of a programme that also included Elbow, Mogwai, Manic Street Preachers, My Bloody Valentine and Garbage.
The accompanying artwork comes from Andy Vella, the photographer and designer best known for his decades-long creative relationship with The Cure. For the 2026 shows, Vella photographed and deconstructed elements of the Royal Albert Hall, combining them with band names, typography and collage before bringing the compositions together digitally.
For Yanya's poster, Vella's approach results in a layered composition of deep blue, black and muted neutral tones, combining typography with fragmented photographic and architectural elements. Pieces of the Royal Albert Hall are woven through the design rather than presented literally, giving the poster an abstract, collage-like quality that feels distinctly different from a conventional piece of gig artwork.
Produced as an A2 giclée print on heavyweight 300gsm stock by White Duck Editions in Bath, the finished piece forms part of Teenage Cancer Trust's ongoing Royal Albert Hall poster series, documenting the artists and performances that have helped make these shows such an important part of the charity's history.
Only 100 prints have been produced, each individually hand signed by Nilüfer Yanya and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
