Leighton Baines Signed Fantasy Football Print

For more than a decade, Leighton Baines was a fixture on the left side of Everton's defence, combining consistency and defensive intelligence with the kind of delivery and set-piece ability more usually associated with an attacking midfielder. This limited-edition print celebrates one of the club's standout players of the modern era and is individually hand signed by Baines himself.

After joining Everton from Wigan Athletic in 2007, Baines went on to make more than 400 appearances for the Toffees. His ability going forward became as much a part of his game as his defending, with pinpoint crosses, penalties and a particular talent from free kicks making him a regular source of goals and assists from left-back.

That form also earned him a place with England, making his senior international debut in 2010 and going on to represent his country 30 times. Baines was part of England's squads at UEFA Euro 2012 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup, where he wore the number three shirt.

Designed by Ben Beach, the artwork celebrates Baines through a bold combination of football-inspired typography, geometric forms and a central player silhouette. His name and number anchor the composition, while the predominantly black artwork provides a strong contrast against the holographic paper beneath it.

Printed on 270gsm holographic rainbow foil stock, the background moves through different metallic colours as it catches the light. That changing surface means the artwork has a very different presence in person, shifting in appearance as you move around it rather than behaving like a conventional paper print.

The edition is limited to just 100 copies, with each print individually hand signed by Leighton Baines and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Created for Teenage Cancer Trust as part of our Fantasy Football series, the print brings together original football artwork and a signature from a player who became synonymous with an era at Everton, while helping raise money to support young people with cancer.
