Photographed by Tom Ham, the image captures the physicality and connection of an IDLES show from an unusual perspective. Rather than watching from the edge of the crowd, you're right in the middle of it, with Bowen surrounded by fans as the performance unfolds around him. There's a real sense of connection between artist and audience, capturing the energy and inclusivity that have become such an important part of the IDLES live experience.

Known for their uncompromising music and fiercely energetic performances, IDLES have built a reputation for creating a genuine connection with their audience. This photograph captures that relationship particularly well, placing Mark Bowen at the centre of a moment that feels chaotic, communal and completely alive.

Tom Ham is a Bristol-based photographer specialising in music, portrait and documentary photography, and has developed a close working relationship with IDLES over the years. His work with the band includes live photography and the photography for their 2021 album Crawler, as well as documenting their performances at festivals including Glastonbury.

Only 100 prints have been produced, with each one individually hand signed by IDLES. Printed on 190gsm satin Canon paper and presented in A2 format, it's a distinctive piece of IDLES live photography and a rare opportunity to own a signed photograph from the band's 2026 festival run.

Published by Teenage Cancer Trust, the print also helps support young people with cancer. Money raised through the store helps provide specialist care and support to young people when they need it most.
